MamaIT is a trading name of AMG AI Research Pty Ltd ("MamaIT", "we", "us"). We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with care, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• your name and business name
• your email address and phone number
• your suburb
• your message, and whether you asked to join our early list

We also record which link brought you to our site (for example, a link we shared on social media) and basic technical details needed to keep the form free of spam.

Why we collect it

• to reply to your enquiry and book your free chat
• to prepare a quote and deliver any services you ask for
• if you asked to join our early list, to let you know when new services launch
• to understand which of our outreach is working

How we store and protect it

Enquiries are stored in our private customer management system, and we correspond with you by email. Access is limited to MamaIT team members who need it to help you. Some of the services we use may store data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it.

Sharing

We never sell or rent your information. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business (such as email and website hosting), or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask to be removed from our early list, at any time by emailing ash@mamait.com.au.
